The leaf humidity sensor can accurately measure the leaf humidity, and it can monitor the trace moisture
or ice crystal residue on the leaf surface.


The shape of Veinasa-YS adopts the imitation blade design, which truly simulates the characteristics of
the leaf surface, so it can more accurately reflect the environment of the leaf surface. It measures the
presence of water or ice by imitating changes in the surface permittivity of the leaf medium. Unlike sensors
based on resistance measurements, it does not require tinting or the use of calibration, while still providing

Working principle
 
When there is a certain amount of moisture on the leaves, the leaves are susceptible to some fungal
and bacterial diseases. Leaf humidity sensors can determine the presence and duration of moisture
on a leaf, so that researchers or producers can predict disease and take protective measures against
plants or crops. The leaf humidity sensor is composed of a leaf analog plate, a signal processing circuit,
a temperature correction circuit and an encapsulated shell. The internal processor takes the whole leaf
panel as the dielectric constant medium to measure the humidity information through the high frequency
signal source and its processing circuit. To prevent the influence of temperature and drift, temperature
correction and signal drift compensation circuits are also used internally to achieve accurate and reliable
measurement.
