Veinasa-QJS Water Quality Probe Automatic Online Self-cleaning Stents for PH Turbidity Dissolved Oxygen Sensor is a online self-cleaning stents.Up to 4 digital sensors can be installed at the same time, and parameters such as dissolved oxygen, pH, ORP, conductivity, turbidity, etc. can be selected.

 

This online Self-cleaning Stents is equipped with an automatic cleaning device, which consists of a built-in motor drive circuit, position detection circuit, DC motor and cleaning brush.

 

The automatic cleaning device can effectively remove the contamination on the sensor surface, prevent the adhesion of microorganisms, and greatly reduce the maintenance cost. The sensor can be conveniently mounted on the periphery of the cleaning bracket.

 

The upper end of the cleaning bracket is designed with a 3/4" NPT thread, which can be easily fixed and installed.

1.Buying a self-cleaning device effectively cleans the sensor's surface, preventing microbial adhesion and costing less maintenance.

2.Optional installation of dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, pH, ORP and other sensors, suitable for long-term online monitoring.

The default cleaning revolution is 3 turns for each side and the cleaning interval is 30 minutes.

When the sensor is installed, it is advisable for the cleaning brush to just touch the surface of the sensor measurement area. If the distance is too close, the cleaning brush will crush the measurement area for a long time, which may lead to scratches on the surface of the measurement area. If the distance is too far, the cleaning effect is not good.
