Characteristics of Veinasa-FLZ06 RS485 Online Fluoride Sensor:

Signal output: RS-485 bus, Modbus/RTU protocol, easy to connect to PLC, DCS, industrial control computer, general controller, paperless recording instrument or touch screen and other third party equipment

Patented fluorine ion probe, with internal reference solution at a pressure of at least 100 kPa (1Bar), oozes extremely slowly from a microporous salt bridge. Such reference system is very stable and the electrode lifetime is longer than that of ordinary industrial electrodes;

Easy to install: 3/4" NPT pipe threads for easy immersion installation or mounting in pipes and tanks

; IP68 protection grade.

1.Installation

Note: The sensor should not be installed upside down or horizontally when installed, at least at an angle of 15 degrees or more.

2.Electrical Connection

 

The cable is 4-core twisted-pair shielded wire, and the definition of line sequence is as follows:
Red line -- power cord (12~24VDC)
Black line -- ground wire(GND)
Blue line -- 485
White line -- 485B

Check the wiring sequence carefully before power-on to avoid unnecessary losses caused by wiring errors.

Wiring instructions: Considering that the cables will be immersed in water (including sea water) or exposed to air for a long time, all wiring points are required to be waterproofed, and the user's cables should have certain corrosion resistance.
