DSC3015 road condition sensor adopts a unique microwave detection technology and multi-parameter fusion algorithm to monitor icing, ice thickness, water, temperature and other conditions by detecting the output value of different material states on the sensor monitoring surface, and integrates temperature detection and temperature compensation technology.

It is based on single-chip processing technology and consists of an electronic part and a probe. The PT100 platinum resistor is mounted on the probe to provide temperature input to the sensor. Temperature compensation The temperature is collected through the PT100 temperature sensor. The temperature signal corrects the calibration curve in the single chip computer and improves the detection accuracy of icing.

How to use:

The road condition sensor should be located at the same level or slightly above the road surface, otherwise water can easily deposit on its surface. The road condition sensor has a diameter of 76mm, so the hole you drill for it should be slightly larger than 76mm.

A protective film can be prepared to protect the upper surface of the road condition sensor before fixing it into the hole using cement or suitable glue, and the protective film can be removed after installation.
